The HousingWire editorial board has named Househappy as one of the top 50 firms in real estate technology. The annual list, called HW REtech:50, features a select group of firms deemed most likely to have an impact on the real estate transaction in the next 12 months.

“As the nation’s real estate markets begin to return to normal, we are seeing a surge of interest within the social and tech communities, as they look to innovate in the real estate space,” said Paul Jackson, Founder and CEO of HousingWire. “The HW REtech:50 recognizes those firms that are out to change how we find, buy, and transact in real estate––from the consumer through to the agent or broker, and everywhere in between.”

Househappy currently appears on the HousingWire website and will be profiled alongside the complete list in the June issue of HousingWire Magazine.

“We have worked hard this year to build a product that we believe will simplify property search and improve the real estate experience,” said Househappy Founder and CEO, Kevin McCloskey. “We are honored to be recognized by HousingWire and happy to be in such good company.”
